Stop Screaming

You know how sometimes it feels like the internet is screaming at you.

Buy. Spend. Invest. Get it. Run.Come. Be like this. Do like that.

It’s Confusing. Exhausting. Overwhelming.

You sign up for something that you think you want. And then you get inundated with stuff. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes less so.

So how do you know what to do? What to buy? What program to join? Who to trust?

When is it time to stop? When is it enough?

Here are 4 signs you know that it’s time to take a break, unsubscribe, get the hell out of the house and away from your computer!
1. It’s mid-morning, you have a huge deadline in 2 hours and you’re watching a video on Youtube about a magnificent dog that can jump higher than the average kangaroo.

2. You decide to do some research to find a web design template and you end up spending $197 on a special back support pillow for your office chair.

3. It’s nearly the end of February and the on-line program you signed up for in the new year is still waiting in your inbox for you to crack open and get started.

4. You check your mail more than 4 times a day (and yes, that includes 4 times and hour!)

Seriously, it’s so easy to get hooked. To get addicted to social media and email. And it will devour your soul and steal your creativity.
It can also take away your confidence.

But here’s the thing. You can hit the off button.
You can stand up and walk away.
You can unsubscribe.

Keep your mind free of this junk.
Keep your time free of this distraction.
You are enough.
You know enough.
Buy what you truly need.
Learn what you want to know.

Trust the people who tell you a story you believe
You see you can’t fake authenticity and YOU KNOW when a person is telling the real story.
So when that authentic story moves you, you’re on the right track.
Listen to what you know, , the voice that comes from within you, hear what you are telling yourself
Then go create. Yes that simple. Just create.
